Dear Sir:

we enclose letter from the T. Express Co. which explains itself - filean (?)have executed the attach oath as sworn before the Notary and returned to us.

We also enclose owners oath for the Metsa while filean (?) have executed same as above. We have authority to (?) E&L. to give bond for the production of Consular invoice and shippers affidavits and instructed them to hurry same through the Custom Houses.
