Joseph Holroyd Esq. Prides Crossing. Massachusetts.

Dear Sir.

We are duly in receipt of your favour of the 21st ins, and by a coincidence, the material which we had specially made for the second easy chair, arrived here on the same day. We immediately put the work in hand, and shall hope to ship the chair to you in the course of this week.

In regard to the cushion of the chair which you already have there, this should be firmly tucked well down beneath the back upholstery, and we imagine that the overlap which you mention will not then be apparent. The back edge of the cushion should be placed well back to the frame.

We are, Dear Sir,

Faithfully yours

SIGNED Duveen Brothers J.
