Dear Mr. Naughton,


We duly received your letter of March 31st 1921, advising us of the payment to the Guaranty Trust Company, of the eighteenth and final instalment SIC under agreement of May 21st, 1918, between the later Mr. Frick and Duveen Brothers.


We have since been advised of the receipt of the payment by the Guaranty Trust Company of New York, and have credited the account of the late Mr. Frick with the amount.
