We have your letter of December 31, enclosing check for $106,000. covering fifteenth payment and interest due as per agreement between Mr. Frick and Duveen Brothers dated May 21, 1918. We have endorsed this payment on the above agreement and are forwarding same to you under separate registered cover.


May we ask that you kindly acknowledge receipt on the copy of this letter which accompanies the registered package.


You will also find enclosed voucher covering the payment which has been duly executed.
