Gentlemen: Attention of Mr. W. J. Naughton.

    We acknnowledge receipt of your letter of November 30, 1920, enclosing check for $105,750. to cover the fourteenth payment and interest due on account of agreement between Mr. Frick and Duveen Brothers, dated May 21, 1918.
    We are returnign herewith your receipted voucher and by separate registered cover are forwarding to you the agreement form on which the above payment has been endorsed.
    Please acknowledge receipt on the copy of this letter which accompnies the registered package.
