Dear Sir:-


We are in due receipt of your letter of October 30th addressed to Sir Joseph Duveen, advising us of your payment to the Guaranty Trust Company of the thirteenth instalment SIC under agreement of May 21, 1918, between the late Mr. H. C. Frick, and Duveen Brothers.


We have now been advised of the receipt of the payment by the Guaranty Trust Company of New York, and have duly credited the account of the late Mr. Frick with the amount.
