Dear Sir:-

    We are in due receipt of your letter of September 30th, advising us of your payment to the Guaranty Trust Company of N. Y., of the twelth instalment under agreement of May 21, 1918, between the late Mr. H. C. Frick and Duveen Brothers.
    We have also been advised of the receipt of the payment by the Guaranty Trust Company of N. Y., and have duly credited the account of the late Mr. Frick with the amount.
