Naughton We acknowledge receipt of your letter of June 30, enclosing check for $104,500. to cover the ninth payment and interest due on account of agreement between Mr. Frick and Duveen Brothers, dated May 21, 1918. We are returning herewith your receipted voucher, and by separate registered cover are forwarding to you the agreement form on which the above payment has been endorsed.
