My dear Sir Joseph:-
In accordance with your letter of March 3rd, 1919, to Mr. Frick, I hereby inform you that the ninth payment under agreement of May 21st, 1918, between Mr. H. C. Frick and Duveen Brothers, has beeen paid to the Guaranty Trust Company of New York.
