Attention of Mr. W. J. Naughton
We acknowledge receipt of your letter of May 29 enclosign check for $104,250. to cover the eigth payment and interest due on account of agreement between Mr. Frick and Duveen Brothers, dated 21, 1918.
We are returnign herewith your receipted voucher, and by separate registered cover are forwarding to you the agreement form on which the above payment has been endorsed.
Please acknowledge receipt on the copy of this letter which accompanies the registered package.
