Gentlemen:

    We acknowledge receipt of your letter of March 31 enclosing check for $103,750.,  for the sixth payment and interest due on account of agreement between Mr. Frick and Duveen Brothers dated May 21, 1918.
    We return herewith your receipted voucher adn by seaparate registered cover are forwarding to you teh agreement form on which the above payment has been endorsed. Please acknowledge receipt on the copy of this letter which accompanies the registered package.
