Dear Sir:
We are duly in receipt of your letter of September 30th 1919 advising us of the third payment of Mr. Frick to the Guaranty Trust Company of New York, under agreement of May 21st, 1918.
We have since been advised by the Guaranty Trust Company of the receipt of the payment, for which we thank you.
