Dear Sir:


Mr. Harding refers me to you as one who is an expert on Chinese porcelains.


I have two large vases in my house at 640 Fifth Avenue, which is at present closed but can be entered from 51st Street. The presentation of this letter will admit you to see the vases.


I would be glad to have a written report from you on them sent to me at Prides Crossing, Massachusetts.
