    Received of H. C. Frick payment in full of the above mentioned sum of $457,500. by the transfer and delivery to M. Knoedler & Co. of certification Nos. P 55394 to P 55466 inclusive, 100 shares each, and certificate of No. P 55467, 20 shares, issued in the name of N. Knoedler & Company aggregating 7,320 shares of the capital stock of Pennsylvania Railroad Company of the par value of $50. each, the said stock being taken at the rate of $62.50 per share.
    This receipt is subject to the agreement as to the repurchase of said stock set forth in the letter dated December 4, 1914, addressed to "Messrs. M. Knoedler & Company, 556 Fifth Avenue, New York" by H. C. Frick.
