Dear Mr Frick, Thanks for your prompt answer to my cable of Friday last. An extraordinary Rembrandt & one that I have long coveted came upon the scene, or I should say the

prospect of possibly buying it, & that was my reason for cabling, although I really hated to bother you, particularly as you do so much for us. I have a little house for a few weeks at this quaint little village 4 miles from Brighton which has the advantage of most excellent train services. The links on
