Beginning of Page 1 Paris 21 Boulv. Berthier 1er Dec. 1898

Dear Mr Frick, I cam home to Paris at Sunday evening and found all my little family happy and well. I remained only two days. I found the trees abile? fill of leaves ad then I went down in the center of France where I found a little wonderful village named Issoudun. I painted some schehchs there and yesterday evening I arrived in Paris. And in my house I found the wonderfull glaces. It was a great surprise to my wife to see your magnificent present End of Page 1
