Dear Sir In my last letter including the bill for the Dagnan - I omitted to say that I charged you $21000- Keeping back the $3000 allowance for the duty. and will make the price of the reduction $3000-instead of $6000- so that in sending the picture I shall only declare it at three thousand dollars - like that everything will be right for both of us, unless you have something to say in which case I am entirely at your disposal - Trusting that you arrived safely I remain Dear Sir with kind regards to Mrs Frick Yours very truly Edmond Simon
