LETTERHEAD H. C. FRICK. PITTSBURGH, PA. /LETTERHEAD

April 27th, 1912.

Dear Mr. Henschel:-

I have your letter of yesterday, enclosing new note, and your telegram of to-day, in reply to mine. Am glad to know that arrangements have been satisfactorily made at First National, and doubtless will hear from them. Will return old note on 30th.

Will try to let you know Monday in regard to rate of interest. I note you are going to sail Tuesday morning, and hope you will have a safe and comfortable voyage. Think it ought to be safer now to travel than ever before.

Yours very truly,

F W McE.

To MR. C. R. HENSCHEL, M. KNOEDLER & CO.,
