My dear Mr. Frick:– Agreeable with your request I have prepared a valuation of the various pieces you gave me numbers of this morning. I have only briefly, but I think clearly, given the information you require, comparing some pieces with other similar pieces I know– The prices, of course, are merely approximately, as you will understand I have never had an opportunity of seeing any of these pieces out of their cases.
