Dear Sir, I am today in receipt of your kind favour of 18th inst + note contents. All the questions contained therein I have already answered by cable + in my last letter. I have received no reply from you to either of my cables + can only conclude that instead of End of left page Beginning of right page cabling to me, you are writing, + as it is now a week since I first cabled you, I shall expect to receive a letter from you within the next few days. Upon hearing from you further you may be sure I shall either cable or write at once. I would only add I hope you intend making an effort to secure this Picture, as it is one of the Masterpieces of the world. Yours obediently H. Silva White End of left page
