H. C. Frick, Ezq., 2. 8. 12. 2.

Things are very quite here at present. Roland has gonne off on his holidays, and London is moe or less deserted. I am looking forward to it with pleasure as I expect to have a little more leisure this month than I have had for some time past. Trust you are continuing to enjoy your summer. Wish we could have a game of golf together. Kind regards to all the family, Sincerely yours, C. S. Carstairs
