Thomas Hastings, Esq.,

New York City.
Dear Hastings:
The officers and members of the Board of Directors of the Institute will meet in New York on November 11th and 12th.
I am endeavoring to obtain permission for them to see three of four of the notable buildings while they are here, and am particularly anxious to have them see the Frick house and Gallery. Do you suppose Mr. Frick would be willing to extend us that courtesy? If so, it would be very greatly appreciated.
We could, of course, arrange our time to suit his convenience, though if it made no difference to him, the latter part of the afternoon, say four o'clock, would be most convenient for them.
Yours very truly,
Burt L. Fenner
BLF.
