Agh 1/3/10- I delivered check to Knoedler Oct 5th 1909 $25,000.00. Meat with you to Knoelder that day, you will no doubt remember. Have this voucher receipt of that date. On Oct 2nd sent you 2 copies Knoedler letter of Sept 28th 09 giving history of the two Snyder portraits. FWME
