Gentlemen: 

    We have your letter of September 30, enclosing check for $102,250. to cover twelth payment and interest due, in connection with agreement between Mr. Frick and Duveen Bros.
    Enclosed herewith is the agreement with the above payment endorsed thereon, together with the rceipted voucher.
