We are in receipt of your two favors of the 2nd inst., as well as your check for Thirty-eight Thousand Three Dollars & eighty-four one-hundredths ($38003.84) Dollars, for which we enclose, with thanks, your voucher, duly receipted.
We send the two duplicate bills asked for, for the Troyon "Road near the Wood" and the drawing by Millet, "The Sower."
