Dear Sir
Very many thanks for your letter.
I would very much like to see your house and gallery, but the upset of the war, and the loss of my holiday in the South, have affected my health, and I do not feel as if I could undertake a trip to America, I trust however that this may prove to be only a pleasure deferred.
I hope you are well.
Yrs faith[full]y
Arthur J. Sulley
H. C. Frick Esq.
P. S. I have just bought a picture by Franz Hals (unknown) a man, or rather a boy, with a fiddle, very broad, and very powerful, not large. Would it interest you to hear of it?
