Dear Mr. Carstairs:-
Did not forget your request for the dimensions of the rooms at Pride's, but found that the plans had all been sent to Mrs. Frick some time ago, and we have none at hand.
I had our Caretaker at Pride's measure up the more important rooms, and enclose sketches herewith, which may at least give you an idea of the proportions of those rooms, although the sketches are not drawn to scale.
