[?] as you propose [?], I will part with the [?] Rousseau & the fine Israels. Waiting for the sum of three [last two lines illegible]

I so regret that Mr. & Mrs. Frick should have found the [?] [?] & the [?] absent.It would have been a real pleasure to my wife & myself to have [?] them had we not been living in the [wilds?] of [?] for the Autumn.
