We acknowledge receipt of your letter of April 30 enclosing check for $104,000. to cover the seventh payment and interest due on account of agreement between Mr. Frick and Duveen Brothers, dated May 21, 1918.
We return your receipted voucher, and by separate registered cover are forwarding ot you the agreement form on which the above payment has been endorsed.
