Paintings Book
COPY.
December 2, 1912.
My dear Mr. Dunn: I have to thank you for your favor of the 13th, and note with much interest all you say about the Holbein. I entirely agree it is a picture of too much value to buy unless I could see it, although I have every confidence in your judgment. The price asked, however, is enormous. Hoping to have the pleasure of seeing you before long, I am with kind regards, Always, Sincerely yours,
Mr. J. H. Dunn, 41 Threadneedle Street, London, E. C., England.
