Dear Mr Frick

I have got your cable asking for the picture to say in Paris till the 30th. This is of course entirely as you wish but you will understand that it means delay in despatching SIC it to America since I must supervise its being copied here in London and this will take nearly another month. It will also mean an extension of the period of insurance which I fear I cannot fairly charge to Count Tarnowski who has paid for two months which appeared sufficient. However this will only be a matter of about £100. It will mean for me some considerable inconvenience since I must keep my word to Count Tarnowski to supervise the copying and so shall have to give up all the
