My dear Mr. Frick:-
I beg to thank you for your check which we received and for which we sent you receipt.
We sent for the paintings which we had submitted for your approval, and thank you for having allowed us the privilege of sending them to you.
I hope that the next time you are passing you will find a moment to come into the galleries, as I have a picture here which I rather believe would appeal to you.
