March 20, 1902.

Mr. H. C. Frick, Pittsburg, Pa.

Dear Mr. Frick;

I saw Phillip today. He tells me, confidentially, that he expects to sever his connections with Delmonicos between the first of May and the 15th. In the meantime, he is loath to ask a favor. Will it be time for him to run out and see you after he leaves his present position in May?

Very truly yours,

SIGNED Roland F. Knoedler
