New York 12 May 1899.

Mr. H. C. Frick, Dear Sir, In looking over advices from our Paris House we have just discovered that we omitted to send you an account for the painting by Raffaelli and for the 5 Colored Engravings, which you purchased of Mous. Simon. We now send the account for these also for the freight and duty paid out by us, and trust you will find same correct.

Yours faithfully, Arthur Tooth + Sons.
