Dear Mr. Frick:–
Enclose cash statement.
I have received this morning receipted voucher of the Guaranty Trust Company of New York for the first payment under agreement with Duveen Brothers. They have also returned the agreement after having made a proper endorsement of the first payment. Beautiful clear day.
