Dear Mr Frick, I received the enclosed memorandum in my letter to-day from New York.

I don't know whether Roland is communicating with you direct but thought I had better send it to you. Roland sails 22 Apl [April]. I expect to go to Paris Saturday next to remain a number of weeks & hope I shall see you some time or another.
