Dear Mr. Carstairs:

I am just in receipt of yours of the ninth, containing photograph. The picture does not appeal to me. I have no doubt it is beautiful, but I do not think I would care to have it in my collection. I suppose there is nothing else in the market that you think would be interesting to me, or you would have said so.

When do you expect to come over?

With kind regards, always

Sincerely yours, [Henry Clay Frick]

To Mr. Charles S. Carstairs, 15 Old Bond St., W., London, England.
