My dear Sir:

    I have the honor to advise you that at the Annual Meeting of The Union League Club, held last evening, the following resolution was unanimously adopted:
    RESOLVED,- That The Union League Club, at this its Annual Meeting for the 1908, hereby express to Mr. Henry C. Frick its genuine appreciation for his courtesy in loaning in the Club for its Art Exhibition, a selection of paintings from his celebrated collection of Old Masters, and tenders him its hearty vote of thanks.
