I must thank you again for all your kindness to me, during our stay at Aix, which I will never forget but I never told you which I should have: I was robbed at the baths of all my money. while in bathing somebody went through my pockets & took everything but the "louis" you gave me. too bad as I was saving up. I went once to the Villa after you left, I spent all my time with the Terrys as before & retired early.
There are a great many Americans here & I hope to do some business today or tomorrow before Roland returns. I nearly sold the FLAMENG ?? "Staircase of Versailles" a lot of figures in a garden, he is to come in today, the prospective buyer said his eyes were sore from travelling & wanted to see the ptg. again before deciding. There is not a thing for you in the market, when ever there is you may rest assured that I am looking after your interests as if they were my own, even more so if possible with
