MEMORANDUM
Saw Mr. Knoedler's nephew in New York, April 19th,
1912, and he thinks Knoedlers will want renewal of note
for $125,000 due April 30th. (The old note is made by
M. Knoedler & Co. to R. F. Knoedler, and endorsed by him.)
Knoedler has note of $250,000 at First National Bank,
New York, on Mr. Frick's guarantee. This is also due April
30th. He understands from Mr. Carstairs that Mr. Frick may
take this note over.
Mr. Knoedler's nephew will let me know shortly about these notes.
