Henry C. Frick Esq
Dear Mr. Frick;
I have to acknowledge your communication per" A. Braddel" that Duveen's have promised to drop the matter at your request and I am glad that we shall have no further annoyance from them although I had no apprehension of the result. I rather though my acknowledgment of Stanchfield & Levy's letter that I would answer it upon consultation with my attorney who was (10th isn't) out of the city would give them food for thought.
Faithfully
